Privacy policy

Preview notice: The public contact email will be added before Evearo opens applications publicly. Please use test information in this private preview.

This notice describes how the Evearo proposal request works and how information submitted through this website is handled.

Information you provide

The application collects your name, work email, company website, industry, monthly Google Ads spending range, sales tracking tool, and optional phone number. We also record when the application was submitted and its application reference.

Why we use it

We use application details to understand your business, review available sales tracking, prepare a personalized proposal, and arrange next steps. Submitting an application is not payment or enrollment, and does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Campaign information

If the URL contains UTM parameters or Google or Meta click identifiers (gclid or fbclid), they are saved with your submitted application to understand which campaign led to the inquiry. The application does not store your form details or these campaign identifiers in browser storage. No advertising pixels are installed by this application.

AI assistant

The website includes the Light Link AI (LLAI) chat widget. It is an AI assistant for initial conversations. Opening or using the chat may send messages, connection information, and information you choose to share to LLAI. Please do not enter passwords, payment details, advertising account credentials, or sensitive customer records into the chat. Pilot scope and changes require a specialist’s review.

The chat is a separate service. Its provider may use cookies or browser storage under its own privacy terms. Application fields are not automatically copied into chat messages.

Storage and access

Applications are stored in the site’s server-side database, hosted using Cloudflare infrastructure through Sites. They are available to the project operator through hosting administration. The website has no public application directory or endpoint for reading applications.

Retention and requests

In this private development preview, only test applications should be submitted. Before a public launch, the operator must confirm the final business contact and retention schedule. Test records can be removed by the operator through hosting administration.

Scheduling

If a scheduling service is connected, you may choose to open its booking page. The provider handles the booking under its own terms. Opening that page is not recorded as a confirmed appointment.
